Your parcel will be delivered directly to your home address, as stated on your order form. If you are not at home to collect your parcel then a note will be left explaining what to do next.

Your order can be drop-shipped to an alternative address, for example, you may wish to send the order directly to a friend or your place of work.

Orders to the Channel Isalnds: Guernsey, the Isle of Man or Jersey. These islands are not part of the European Union and special shipping regulations are applicable which Neways Europe must be compliant with. Only residents of the islands will be able to have a parcel delivered to the island of which they are a resident.
